It seems to me that women get the short end of the straw when talking about activities some times. When I was younger I went away on a camp and we had a girls or boys only day. Each group was then offered a number of activities – us girls were offered shopping or a cooking class. The boys were offered abseiling and white water rafting. Can you believe it! But what it made me realise is that there is no reason why us girls can’t enjoy getting in there as much as the boys and in fact can even play alongside them just as well.
That is why I really enjoy the paintballing experience. First off it gives you the chance to get out of town and into the country, and secondly it is a great day to challenge yourselves and get the blood pumping. Find comraderies with your new found friends and then chill out together afterwards by a roaring fire and some good red wine. Believe me this is a great day in action.
