It is just a piece of paper and for many is often a last minute thought, but the hen party invitation is actually quite an important element to consider for your next hens party. I have said before, the latest thing is the Hen Stag Party. However, what is not clear is what this really means to you as the bridesmaid or bride to be! The best hen stag parties in my opinion are those where both the bride and groom can enjoy the time together but are also given a portion of time during the evening when they are just with their close friends so that the hens party games can be played and the experience of the usual event is not completely lost.

Either way take advantage of having both sexes available and make a day of it. Also try to add some spice by doing some battle of the sexes games or the like to show who is boss!

If you haven’t already heard, the new big thing at the moment is to combine the Stag and Hen Parties for a different feel. Now I’m not sure how I feel about this in general as I think that it does lose something of its meaning. But where I have seen this work the best is with hen stag weekends. The reason for this is that by combining the two you get the best of both worlds. You all have a great weekend away, you can have your seperate time to grill and laugh with the hen, but you alo have the advantage of bringing the couple together. I particularly like this when you quiz the couple together and when you all have breakfast together the next morning after a big one away.

Whatever your style if the hen and groom cannot stand being apart then look at this one as a serious possibility.
