If you like dancing with the stars and X-factor then it is now time for you to be the judge! Give each of the girls a set of cards numbered 0-10. Then throughout the night when a guy comes passed you will all hold up your cards to determine what you think!
The great thing about this game is it gets the girls talking and is very funny as one man will be determined as super hot by one girl and as sleazy and disgusting by another. Just watch the women justify their marks.
For added fun try to rope in some guys for an impromptu competition and have them dance, sing or perform in some way so the girls can rate them. Just remember you may need a prize of some sort to get them to participate in your fun and hens party games.
• Rate the Man – This is an ideal game for going out on the town. Each lady has cards from 1-10. When a guy walks by or comes in the door, he’s rated by the party. Try to come up with an impromptu contest like a dance or striptease contest and recruit volunteers from the bar.

A perfect compliment to the policewomen theme, this hens party game is all about handing out punishments and dares to the people in and around your party. To begin you will need to prepare a note book beforehand that has numerous pre-written ‘tickets’ and some blank pages as well. The objective is to then have the bride and/or guests to walk around looking for infractions. For instance you may decide that a tight trousered man has a concealed weapon, or that another is overly drunk and disorderly.
You then hand out your tickets which will include fines such as giving the provider a kiss, a drink or basically whatever you like.
The flip side is to also hand out rewards for doing something good, usually the ticket then allows the recipient to receive something from the girls instead. Finally, this hens party game can be taken to another level by introducing your own rules amongst the girls for the duration of the hens party. If any of the hens break these rules during the night they will receive a ticket or a shot as penalty.

Okay so spin the bottle may not seem like a great hens party game at the outset, but this is a full on old school game that can be played in so many different ways it is definitely worth a go.
First up you can play the traditional way. Grab some of the guys you have met in the venue (this in itself can be a challenge for your girls), and then sit in a circle and spin the bottle. The person who spun must kiss the person to which the bottle is pointing.
Secondly there is strip spin the bottle. Whoever the bottle points at must remove an article of clothing. This one is better in a private setting but is also an incentive for guys to get involved!
Finally you can exchange the ‘kiss’ for pretty much anything. The pointed at person may need to take a shot, or act out a dare or the like. Use your imagination and you will have a game that can be played at anytime and in any place. Old school but still a winner.

Another activity for the more adventurous hen, go-karting is an opportunity to get competitive with your friends and race to be the best driver. This is a great hen party idea to get the adrenaline pumping and to create a real buzz amongst the guests. There is something intangible but exciting about racing around the track with each other. End the day with champagne to shake and drink.
You can also add this activity to a weekend away or better yet with a whole race car hens party theme. Have all the girls get dressed up in their sexy driver outfits with zips low (think Charlies Angels) and hit the town to celebrate the winner and crew.

Many of you may remember this game from your childhood, but funnily enough a lot of hens party games originate from this time – except with a slight twist here or there. In this game you will need several pieces of paper and pens and a little bit of imagination.
To play give each guest a piece of paper and ask them to write one line of a story with the last couple of words on the second line. They must then fold the paper over to hide everything but the last words and pass the paper to the next person. The next person then writes another line, folds the paper and passes it on. This continues until everyone has written a line.
At the end you will have a bizarre story written by the group which the hen can keep. I like to add a theme to this if possible so it directly relates to the bride or the guests, etc.

This hens party game takes a little bit more preparation prior to the hens party but is well worth it. Basically you will meet up with the groom prior to the evening and videotape him answering a number of questions about himself and the bride to be. The bride is then asked the questions herself on the night and then his answers are played back immediately following to see if she was right. This can be used as a fun interlude or also as a drinking game by adding forfeits and shots to the bride for incorrect answers and given to the other girls if she gets the answers right.
A slight variation that I like is to also have the groom ask the questions to the bride on the tape as well. Here are some sample questions:
- What do you think is the grooms best physical feature?
- What do you think is brides best physical feature?
- Who picked up who and how?
- What frustrates you the most about each other?
- What is his favourite position?
- What is each others most annoying habit
- Who is his favourite artist, sportsperson or the like?

This hens party game is a great one for getting to know one another better and is a really nice one for the bride as she has a chance to reminisce with close friends.
To play this game you will need a number of large post-it notes and pens. Each guest must then write a sentence or two of a memory that they have of the bride, and pass it back to you. All notes are then placed in a hat for the bride to take out and read aloud.
After reading she must then guess who wrote the story, what it is about and then tell the story to the rest of the group. This is high on my list of hens party games as it adds that personal touch and is quite often a real laugh for everyone involved.

A part of the hens party quiz set this game is great to play on a Sten or Buns Night as it requires both of the hen and stag/buck to be present. To set up this game you will need to seat the couple back to back to begin with, and then give each of them two items that represent the bride and the groom. For instance, you may give each of them a wooden spoon to represent a bride that likes to cook, and a hammer for a DIY kind of groom.
The couple must then answer a series of questions by either holding up either the hammer or the spoon but without saying anything. The key to this game is to find questions of opinion and that obviously need to be answered with either ‘bride’ or ‘groom’. Try things like:
- Who will take out the rubbish when you are married?
- Who is the messier of the two?
- Who will do most of the cooking?
The results are absolutely hilarious as they so often disagree!!!

hen's party games - pash the picture
A more provocative version of ‘pin the macho on the man’, this hen’s party game is pretty much self explanatory. A picture of a guy (attractive or not) is placed on the wall. Each girl takes it in turn to be blindfolded and put on some bright smudgable lipstick. The guest is then spun around three times before walking forward and attempting to kiss the picture on the lips. The key point for this hens party game is that the player is not allowed to use their hands to find the poster edges. I also recommend finding a picture where the man is laying down on this side as this means all parts of him are at one level and makes it even more difficult to match up correctly.
The winner of the game is usually the woman that kisses the closest to his lips, however you can change this to another part if you prefer.

This game is virtually the same as usual Pictionary but instead of using the standard cards you will need to make your own that include wedding related words such as bride, rings, flowers, invitations and the like.
On the night you will need to provide paper and pens, and divide the guests into two equal teams with the cards in the centre. The first team member will then take a card and draw the word using only pictures (no gesturing or words are allowed). The other women on her team then try to guess the word. If they cannot guess it then play passes to the opposing team to guess.
The teams then take it in turn to draw and guess. The team with the most correct answers wins.
